The people were great to me, unfortunately the old original service center was much larger with a huge customer waiting area and snacks and drinks. The new GMC area is very unimpressive and disappointing as I was expecting GMC to be in the original building that was being rebuilt. I’m also disappointed that checkout is done by people at desks and only 1 computer has a credit card reader - for a business that also seems subpar.

I really think they are great in the service dept, fit me in when they had no appointments.

No snacks available. Not even a vending machine. For a brand new facility it is poorly designed. Not customer friendly. They didn’t wash vehicle as they had previously done before new building. I was disappointed with the new facility.

Pleasant to work with. Patient and kind when dealing with slightly confused people. That's it.

Ordered a car on August 13th 2024.
Took delivery of another vehicle on October 3rd with 19 miles.
Radio/computer screen did not work. In two days for service on October 9 and 10. They ordered new one. October 11th. picked up vehicle. Same day right rear window quit working. Took in for service Tuesday October 15th. Car is still at dealership tore apart { which i did say to not re assemble until new parts are there} Already worried a brand new car will not look brand new. Over two weeks now.
Really don't know which way to go from here.

Was able to change appointment time easily, took care of what needed to be done



Disappointed that my vehicle is so poorly built that the A/C lines rust and leak. You would think the lines would be made from material that wouldn’t rust. Also the dealership had no one to give me a ride home. Kinda poor of the dealership to not have a shuttle service.

I think the prices are a bit high, but the work is done well. When I asked, they gave me a discount.

Needed some stuff fixed and all good to go now. Still under construction but service did not sacrifice

I had a terrible experience with this dealership. They sold me a lemon vehicle and I had to take my vehicle to the shop 7 times total to get it repaired. All of which happened in the 2 months of having the vehicle. I'm going on my almost 4th month and my transmission is still bad. The sales manager Mike Buggs was degrading and insulting telling me that it's my fault because I chose that car and no one forced me to buy it. Wait was over an hour and a half. Was told at last year's inspection about an engine leak to watch for and that the repair would be $800. No fluids leaked all year and no leak was found this time. Battery dies on me every winter, but I was told the battery is fine. Not sure what they tell me is truthful and accurate.

They repaired my damaged rim beautifully and put a brand new tire on that’s all great, they said they did an alignment but the car still pulls to the right. I’m not sure if there was any more damages around that tire but I’m not sure if even check for more damages other than the tire.

It’s not Ebersoles. I have a gmc truck. Went to the usual place for service and they said it’s where the Honda area was. Would have been nice to know that. Drove up there and there was no place to park or move trucks around. Wales into the service area and xxx is that. Walked past the employees and they said excuse me. Had no idea that was where you waited. Totality cluster not happy.

No pressure and they spent a tremendous amount of time with me. Very knowledgeable of their vehicles.

They are great with working with you and fixing your problems I will keep using them.

Long wait, poorly informed. Reprimanded by service staff. Watched someone almost hit a person with my car after it was on the way to being washed. Thankful that I got my service done since Honda was unable and not available to help schedule a waiting visit,

Attention to my concern about an unusual transmission noise was excellent as they tried to diagnose the problem. The rest of the service (state inspection, oil change, safety inspection, alignment) was completed properly and without problems, as far as I can determine.

Good communication.

I have done my service here for over 20 twenty years and have always been satisfied with quality of work and cost.

John Umberger could not have been better in taking care of my car and me. Hope I can deal with him on my next visit.

After taking my car back twice after they replaced fuel sensor it still isn't fixed .engine light back on and fuel gauge not accurate again .not happy now I guess tomorrow morning my car will go back.Thank goodness I am given loaner cars in the meantime .almost 2,000 dollars and still not fixed .

There was a huge disconnect with servicing my car. I thought my request we're straightforward.

Staff was friendly and courteous - especially Maddie. I have interacted with her on previous visits and she continues to be to be very helpful and makes an effort to keep me apprised of progress toward completion of the needed repair. The new customer waiting area is spotlessly clean, but lacks all of the snack choices of the previous area- now offering only coffee, tea,etc. I have had positive experiences with both scheduled and walk in appointments.

I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for 28 years. I am still evaluating the change in ownership. I am pleased with the service department; however, when they tried to contact me about fixes that were necessary, it took me over an hour of calling before I was able to reach someone.

The actual work was exceptional! Communications between office personnel and customers needs LOTS OF WORK!

Went in for a simple inspection. 92$ later I had to tell them they put the wrong stickers on my car. I work in the medical field and don’t make 75$ an hour. Really!!
